Our Mission
Botanical Advocacy and Education is a Nonprofit that has been formed to reenergize Grassroots Advocacy and Education for the purpose of protecting the right of all American adults to use natural, unadulterated Botanicals for the purposes they choose.
Advocate and Educate
Botanicals are natural plants and herbs that have helped improve overall health and well-being for centuries. Our goal is to educate all adults to the truth about botanicals, from regulators to potential consumers and everyone in between on how to purchase and consume safe, natural, unadulterated botanicals for the purposes they choose.
Numerous federal agencies do everything they can to interfere with the right of consumers to make informed choices about products they use for their health and well being. Their war on botanicals and natural plants includes but is not limited to, distributing disinformation and outright falsehoods that greatly mislead agency heads, policy makers, consumers and the American public in general, as well as enacting bans that prohibit the safe consumption and use. Our goal is to correct that through advocacy and education.
BAE’s stance on 7OH and other manufactured, nonnatural, counterfeit or mislabeled botanicals.
Because these products are not naturally occurring botanicals, they do not fall within our wheelhouse on what to speak on. This is the only statement that will be made.
